Derwen House is a traditional stone fronted terraced cottage sleeping up to six people ( + 1 infant ) with private parking for 2 cars at the rear.

Sitting room - welcoming and cosy room with comfortable sofas and armchairs. Exposed stone fire place with log burner for those cooler evenings. TV with free view and BT TV and DVD player.

Kitchen/Diner - superbly equipped shaker style kitchen with Range cooker and built in microwave. Full sized integrated  fridge and separate freezer. There is a double Belfast sink and plenty of cupboard storage. Rustic traditional farmhouse table for dining. Bifold doors which open out onto the enclosed patio.

Utility room - washing machine and tumble dryer. Traditional clothes airer for drying. Door leading to secure parking area , patio and large garden.

Downstairs shower room - enclosed shower cubicle, WC and bespoke vanity unit and sink. Heated towel rail.

Underfloor heating throughout the downstairs accommodation.

Stairs from the kitchen lead to the upstairs accommodation which comprises of :

Small enclosed garden to the front. To the rear is  enclosed patio area with comfortable seating. BBQ. Large, south west facing garden . Parking for 2 cars. 

Towels and bedding included - please bring your own beach towels.

1 well behaved dog - £20 per week
